Main business
Our steel making process automation solutions combines theoretical calculation and expert know-how with software engineering and ICT technology, provide our customers optimized and reliable state-of-the-art industrial control for your BOS shop, allowing for fully automatic steelmaking (also known as "one-button steelmaking"), which is, after starting the smelting process, the process is completed automatically by the model control without operator intervention.
Sublance systems carry sensors to the BOF steel melt to obtain nearly instant information such as the bath temperature, [C]% and [O]%. This information, in combination with a BOF model, could be employed to greatly enhance the BOF process control and to realize significant benefit. Our offering covers sublance systems, for which our expertise covers engineering, manufacturing, commissioning and field operations. As a vertically integrated supplier, we could provide optimal solutions to our customer.
